Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we will offer an exchange with an item of equal or lesser value within 7 days of the post mark delivery. Exchange requests can be sent to beautybybeemcgee@gmail.com. Please include your reason for the exchange and the item you would like to exchange it with. Once your request has been received and approved, you will be emailed a return address to ship your item to. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). All clothing returns must be in NEW condition, unworn, unwashed, no stains, no damage as a result of the customer with all tags attached.
